A SIMPLE STRAIGHT-FORWARD TRANSPARENT BUYING PROCESS

For our online customers: Our auction catalogs are hosted on our partner platforms Liveauctioneers.com and Invaluable.com. where you can participate in our auctions in real time.  We offer a minimum opening bid amount and an estimate for each item.  Bidding must follow increments set for each auction. Successful bidders will be invoiced with buyers premium and applicable sales tax included.  Dealers must provide a resale certificate to avoid sales tax.

If you are a successful bidder we will invoice you the amount due including applicable taxes. We accept cash, check, ACH or wire transfer for payment. Once your invoice is paid, if it is a small item (Fitting into a USPS flat rate box) we ship to your registered address with cleared payment. For larger items we can recommend a local shipper to collect your items and arrange domestic or global shipping.

To bid online you must register with either Liveauctioneers.com or invaluable.com on their website.  Once you are a registered bidder we can then approve you to bid in our auctions.

For in-house customers:  We conduct live auctions at our 190 Court Street location and hope you can join us.  We host a full preview the day of sale and by appointment.  If you cannot attend the auction, we can offer absentee bidding and telephone bidding based on availability.
