OUR AUCTION HOUSE
Welcome to our Auction House. We are located in beautiful Plymouth Massachusetts. Our venue is a historic and iconic building constructed in 1895. The Greek Revival style structure has lived many lives over the past century. Originally opened as Cold Spring Elementary School as a four-room schoolhouse it has served as a house of worship and wedding chapel.
Today the Cold Spring Building serves as J. James Auctioneers & Appraisers business offices and live auction location. We welcome you to join us at 190 Court Street, Plymouth Massachusetts. We strive to offer safe and comfortable venue for our clients and look forward to your visit.
OUR SALES ROOM
Our building offers an occupancy capacity of 120 and seats 90 comfortably. The interior is secure and climate-controlled year-round. We offer onsite parking and handicapped access for our guests. Our goal is to offer a safe and engaging environment for our clients and business partners and welcome you to join us to experience the fun and excitement of our live auction events. We encourage clients to join us on location for appraisals of their precious objects during regular business hours.
