We WILL email you an invoice post auction from Bid@jjamesauctions.com with your total due. We accept cash, check, bank wire, ACH bank transfer and Money Order for payment. (We do not take Credit Card payments)
If you are a successful bidder with cleared payment (typically 3 days) we will ship your item by priority mail flat rate. If your item is too large for a priority shipping box or requires international shipping, we can recommend a professional shipping company, who will collect your item, pack and ship it to you.
We issue checks to our consignors within 30 days of sale, unless an item has not been paid for.
If your item or items were unsold at auction, as a consignor you can collect your items or we can place them in a future auction.
If you are a successful online or absentee bidder we will invoice you for the item won. Please note that online results do not always reflect true results as we have in-house, absentee and bidders on competing platforms. The winning bid is determined by the auctioneer in all cases.
Office hours are Monday through Thursday 10:00 A.M. - 4:00 P.M., Friday by appointment.
Please call our office during business hours to schedule and in office evaluation or at your location. It is helpful initially to provide some photographs of your items or forward an inventory.
We are licensed bonded and insured. Property is held in a safe and secure location with security systems and video surveillance.
We do purchase select items when this best suits our clients needs
