James Auctioneers & Appraisers offers competitive rates for written appraisal services for estates in accordance with the Uniform Standards of Professional Appraisal Practice (UPAP) and industry guidelines.  We work directly with attorneys and executors to organize, inventory and attach value to whole estates.  In addition, we offer solutions for estate liquidation, either at auction or through private sale.  These services are executed with strict confidentiality.  

We welcome you to bring your treasured items to us by appointment. If more convenient our expert appraisers can join you at your preferred location. Verbal appraisals are free of charge and with no obligation.

Written appraisals for insurance and estate purposes can be arranged by appointment and carry an hourly charge. We can prepare a professional detailed appraisal both digital and hard copy for these purposes.
